Your ticket(s) will automatically roll over to the new corresponding date(s), Saturday 30th October, and/or Sunday 31st October 2021.
Examples;
- I have a ticket for Saturday 3rd April 2021 - Your ticket is valid for Saturday 30th October 2021.
- I have a ticket for Sunday 4th April 2021 - Your ticket is valid for Sunday 31sth October 2021.
- I have tickets for Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th April 2021 - Your tickets are valid for Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October 2021.
If you currently hold a one day ticket only and want to attend the full weekend, you will need to purchase a ticket for the additional day you wish to attend.
Existing day ticket holders will receive an email inviting them to purchase the new date they require (please check junk/spam folders).
You will also have the opportunity to upgrade to the full weekend once general release tickets are made available.
Please note Saturday tickets are already close to sold out.
You don't need to do anything. You will complete your payment plan and your ticket will automatically transfer to the new corresponding October 2021 date(s).
You just need to complete your payment plan, your existing ticket will automatically transfer to Halloween 2021.
To upgrade to the full weekend, you will have to upgrade by purchasing a ticket to the other day.
Terminal V emailed all ticket holders offering them to register for first chance of the new dates tickets.

Sadly we cannot offer to swap days, this is a complex process due to the number of official ticket outlets involved.
If you can't make the new date that your ticket is valid for, you can request a refund for your ticket by following the instructions sent to all ticket holders directly by email. You can then purchase a ticket to the alternative date.
Existing day ticket holders will receive an email inviting them to purchase the alternative date (please check junk/spam folders).
Please consider before refunding - Saturday tickets are already close to sold out and may be difficult to obtain, and could cost you more to attend.
Yes.
You will receive an email directly from your ticket outlet with your refund options (please check your junk/spam folders). If you have any concerns, please contact your ticket outlet.
If your Terminal V ticket(s) were purchased for you by a friend, this is an agreement between you and your friend. Refunds must be requested by the person who purchased the tickets.
Ticket holders will be emailed directly by their chosen ticket outlet, the email contains important information and covers all scenarios, including what to do if you can't make the new date(s).
Terminal V always email every ticket holder directly in the event or an event change.
All ticket outlets contact ticket holder directly the following days, it important that you read their email carefully, it contains important information for each scenario, and the steps you need to take.
Make sure to check your SPAM / JUNK folders. If you still can’t find it, please contact your ticket outlet who will be able to assist you.
Please note - The refund window is open for 14 days from the date that Terminal V announce the new dates.

Other ticket outlets may vary and in general booking fees are non-refundable but this is subject to the outlets terms & conditions. Please check with them directly.
Yes, you can purchase a full weekend ticket or individual day tickets for either Saturday or Sunday.

We aim tom keep the already announced lineup's intact, changes will only take place where matters are completely out of our hands. We will announce the final acts as soon as we can. Stay tuned.
The line up will be kept as intact as possible from our planned Easter 2021 line up.
Full line up and stage splits will be finalised and announced in due course. Please be patient, you will not be disappointed.
