We shall be holding 2 days/nights at the legendary Funkhaus venue alongside additional events over the weekend led with the Terminal V vision and the very biggest international acts! 1st phase artist announcement coming very soon. We can now reveal our first event, on Saturday Dec 19th, we have teamed up with PATRICK TOPPING to bring his world renowned TRICK party concept to Scotland that will keep you dancing from dusk till dawn at one of our huge warehouse spaces at The Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh. Taking place in our renowned Area V arena, these events will harness the reputable power and intensity of the space as you know it, but with an added twist Patrick Topping is a firm Terminal V favourite after his full stage capacity headline performance at Terminal V Easter Festival 2019. From there he went on to sell out every major city around Scotland on New Years just gone and so is now all set for a triumphant return for his largest performance to date in Scotland. When will the lineup be announced? Due to the pandemic, our announcement plans have been delayed. We will start rolling our line-up as soon as we can. I'm concerned the event may not go ahead, when will a decision be made? A decision whether Terminal V Berlin will go ahead in February will be made by the end of November 2020. Every ticket holder will be contacted by email and all social platforms will be updated in line with any change. What happens if the event is postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions? If material suppliers such as flights, hotels or restaurants and bars are not able to operate due to COVID-19 related government restrictions, such as lockdowns or no large gatherings, we will postpone the event. If you are unable to attend the postponed event, you will receive a 100% refund. All ticket holders will be contacted directly by email explaining what to expect next. Your tickets will still be valid and will automatically transfer to the new announced date. Information will also be made available for those who cant make the new date (some options will be time restricted). If you have payment plan, information will be made available from Pollen with what this means for you. If you cant make the new date there will also be clear information on what you need to do. Will I get a refund on flights? Some flight operators are offering free flight exchange until the end of the year. Terminal V Berlin is a 3 day & 3 night weekend event experience in Berlin from 30th July - 2nd August 2021. A mixture of events led with the Terminal V vision and specially selected international acts. Expect parties running day and night from iconic Berlin club & warehouse venues plus many more pop up events over the weekend. When will the lineup be announced? Pollen are our travel / ticket agency look after and process the hotel and ticket bookings, you can email them here - enquiries@pollen.co If you have a quick question that is not booking related you can message Terminal V directly via social media. Is travel included with my Hotel & Weekend Party package? No, travel is not included, you need to arrange your own travel to Berlin. The closest airport to our events in Germany is Berlin’s Brandenburg Airport. What are the check in /check out dates for the weekend hotel package? Hotel packages include Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, check out is Monday 2nd August 2020. Additional nights must be arranged independently with your hotel. Can I book extra hotel nights before or after Friday /Saturday / Sunday night? This is something you will need to arrange independently with your hotel. You can purchase a ’weekend pass’ which will get you into our events, then you arrange your own accommodation. Can I buy an event only ticket? Yes you can. Weekend passes will be made available via Pollen our travel/ticket agency sometime in December 2020. What are the Venue’s, are the events close together in Berlin? Funkhaus has been confirmed as our main venue on the Saturday + Sunday night. Lot’s more details coming soon smaller events over the weekend. Are the events indoors or outdoors? This is a mixture of indoor and outdoor events. More information will become available as the weekend itinerary When should I arrive in Berlin? Events are scheduled to start late afternoon on Friday 30th July. Make sure you arrive in time to check in to your hotel and refresh yourself before we kick things off. Hotel packages include Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, check out is Monday 2nd August 2020. What time on Friday do things start? Our first party will start late Friday afternoon / evening, a full itinerary will be provided in plenty of time before the event. When on Sunday does the last event finish? Berlin is famous for it’s non-stop parties. Our events will be no different, for those who can hang on, expect approx 8am closing on Monday 2nd August morning ;) Are there any further costs to attend any of the events once we are there? Only for your own food, drinks and travel. If you want a souvenir of the weekend, there will be a limited run of official merchandise available at our main events. Will ID be required for Terminal V x Berlin? Yes, when staying in Germany, you are by law required to be in the possession of a valid and recognised identification document. This should be an official government approved photo ID card. What ID will be acceptable in Berlin? This should be an official government approved photo ID card. All Identification must be valid (in date); - Passport - Full, Drivers Licence - Provisional Drivers Licence Is there a dress-code? There is no dress code, we ask that you dress for the occasion and weather. If you are attending an outdoor party, please bring a jacket and wrap up. Don’t you have to wear all black to go clubbing in Berlin? This isn't quite true, please wear what you are comfortable in. Berlin’s nightlife has a mature culture and approach to its scene, don't expect to see day-glow rave wear as you do in the UK. Can you smoke at Terminal V x Berlin events? At the end of July 2008 the German Federal Constitutional Court upheld complaints against some parts of the smoking bans in the city-state of Berlin. Smoking will now be allowed in one-room bars and clubs smaller than 75 sq meters where no food is served. All venue will have designated smoking areas, please respect this! Accessibility Access & Facilities This will differ from venue to venue just as it does here in the UK.
