Vaccine Passports will NOT BE REQUIRED at the event.
In line with Scottish Government legislation, Face masks will be required in indoors areas, apart from when drinking, eating, dancing.
Our events always adhere to the most up to date laws, rules and guidelines for events surrounding COVID in Scotland.
We encourage pre-event LFT testing.
General FAQs
Terminal V is a 2 days electronic music festival which runs over multiple indoor warehouse stages and outdoor marquee stages(covered & heated). Plus some external areas for food and bars.
Terminal V is held at The Royal Highland Centre and Showground near Edinburgh Airport.

Terminal V opens at midday on Saturday and Sunday. Last entry is 6.00pm.
The bar closes at 10.30pm, food closes at 10.45pm and the music concludes at 11pm.
Keep an eye out for official Terminal V after parties running immediately after the festival in the city centre.
Your ticket(s) will automatically roll over to the new corresponding date(s).
Examples;
- I have a ticket for Saturday 30th October 2021 - Your ticket is valid for Saturday 16th April 2022.
- I have a ticket for Sunday 31st October 2021 - Your ticket is valid for Sunday 17th April 2022.
- I have a ticket for Saturday 11th April 2020 - Your ticket is valid for Saturday 16th April 2022.
- I have tickets for Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October 2021 - Your tickets are valid for Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th of April 2022.
If you currently hold a one day ticket only and want to attend the full weekend, you will need to purchase a ticket for the additional day that you wish to attend.
If you own a ticket from a previously postponed Terminal V, we can look at this for you. Send us an email.
We STRONGLY recommend getting here between 12pm - 2pm to avoid queueing.
Peak entry times are between 2pm - 4pm.
During these times you may be subjected to longer queuing times when you could be inside enjoying the festival.

The only forms of ID that are accepted to ensure festival entry are;
Valid Provisional Driving Licence
Valid Full Driving Licence
Valid Passport
There is no dress code, but please wrap up and bring a jacket. It will likely be cold when you leave.
We had awesome weather the previous Terminal V Easter, but this is Scotland and weather is unpredictable.
Please check the weather reports before setting off so you can dress appropriately.
Small bags only. Nothing larger than an A4 size bag. All bags will be searched upon entry.
You can NOT bring your own alcohol onsite.
There are NO cash machines on site. The full event is cashless, you will need a debit/credit card only.
Stages are indoors and outdoors, within covered heated marquees. There are additional outdoor food areas.
There is a cloakroom and lockers. Lockers are situated beside Charge Candy in our outdoor area.
You can smoke in outside areas. Cigarettes will be sold at the festival.
All lost property will be given to Police Scotland the week following the event
There are toilets inside the venue and port-a-loos located outdoors at the venue.
A food village will provide an excellent choice of local food traders.
There is No re-entry.
6PM
Designated disabled parking spaces are available to customers within the North Car Park. Flat and hard-standing routes link the car park to the Lowland Hall and Central Hall. The route and entrance to the Halls are fully accessible & wheelchair friendly.
There are accessible toilet facilities available along the Eastern Wall and within the West foyer of the Lowland Hall. A newly installed adult changing place is available to customers who request this facility in the adjacent Highland Hall.
The festival site is well equipped for disabled customers.

Mainly indoors but Easter 2022 introduces an extended new larger outdoor area than ever before.
If coming from Edinburgh City Centre, we recommend using our Lothian Buses Shuttle Bus Service. Running all day and night to and from the festival.
Or from further afield, the site(Royal Highland Centre) is easily accessible via Tram, Bus, Taxi
Ticket FAQs
We are constantly turning away customers who buy fake tickets or are conned by buying invalid second hand tickets on social media.
We strongly advise people to NOT buy tickets from people over social media platforms.
ID is required upon entry and this must match up to your e-ticket or entry will be refused.
Terminal V will not be responsible for any fake tickets, please report to us anyone who may have been selling fake online tickets or operating cons.

For this event, we're using the Skiddle Access Scheme by offering Personal Assistant tickets for customers who need to be accompanied. A Personal Assistant ticket is to be offered for free or discounted when somebody with a disability requires a carer to be in attendance with them. To automatically be eligible, please provide a copy of one of the following pieces of documentation listed below.
• Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
• Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
• Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
• Credibility’s Access Card
