Getting to Terminal V

Terminal V is being held at The Royal Highland Centre, located in Edinburgh West. The site is situated next to Edinburgh Airport, Doubletree by Hilton and Holiday Inn, making it easily accessible for all. Return buses are running all over Scotland and we now have dedicated coaches to include Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle and Manchester! Travelling from Edinburgh City Centre to Terminal V

SHUTTLE BUSES

There are shuttle buses running to and from Terminal V and Edinburgh bus station all day and night via Happybus.   An advanced return ticket costs £7.99. Book your ticket now as it will be more expensive on the day.

Shuttle buses for Edinburgh City Centre will be running between Terminal V and Edinburgh Bus Station throughout the day and night via HAPPYBUS. Advance return tickets cost £7.99 so please book ASAP to avoid an increase in ticket price.

Taxi

You can get a priority discounted booking with Capital Cars by quoting “ TERMINAL V”. Tel: 0131 777 7777

Discounted rate and priority option available by quoting “TERMINAL V”.  The following set fares will then become available:

- Saloon car : £20
- 6 seater: £24
- 8 seater: £28

These prices will cover from Terminal V(The Royal Highland Centre) to the City Centre, including the Grassmarket and George Street.

 

By Bus from Glasgow

By public bus From other locations

The Stagecoach Jet747 bus service from Fife will drop visitors off outside on Glasgow Road close to The Royal Highland Centre. Citylink also operate services with drop-offs on the A8 close to The Royal Highland Centre. For more information, click here.

By Rail

The Edinburgh Gateway Station is a 40mins walk from the site for access to trains all over Scotland. Haymarket is the next nearest train station with excellent train links across the UK. For more information contact National Rail on 08457 48 49 50 or click here.

By Air

The Royal Highland Centre is situated adjacent to Edinburgh Airport. Over 180 flights connect Edinburgh to the rest of the UK and Europe each day and the Royal Highland Centre is just a ten-minute walk from the airport.

Car/Parking

There is no parking available for cars, apart from TAXIS, so please do not consider driving to this event

Drop offs

Please follow the signs for the North Car Park. This is also the drop off and taxi pickup point.

Leaving Terminal V

Please plan ahead and organise travel plans in advance for leaving arrangements before you arrive at Terminal V.
