We may employ third party ad serving technologies (for example Flurry, AdMob, iAd, AdColony) that use precise methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Platforms. Third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and online usage information and in-game information.
The aforementioned data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy and Cookies Policy and the Privacy and Cookies Policy of the company providing the ad serving technologies. You recognise and accept that the advertising companies who deliver ads for us may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own cookies and privacy policies.

Data Collection — We receive the following Personal Data about you if you follow one of our social media accounts:

Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in providing social media and marketing content that is of interest to our followers.

16. Ticket Refund Conditions
The following clauses appear at the end of the page and relate to ticket refund terms.
Circumstances Where No Refund Is Required
We are not required to issue a refund where:
b) On any day of the Event, the start time is delayed for any reason;
c) The start time (but not the date) of the Event changes after the Ticket was purchased; or
d) The Ticket has been used for entry into the Venue.
Clause 23 — When Refunds Are Issued
We shall only be required to refund a Ticket Purchaser (upon application) for the Face Value of the relevant Ticket in the following circumstances:
a) If the Event is cancelled before it has started;
b) If the Event is postponed before it has started and rescheduled to another date (whether at the Venue or at a different venue), subject to the Ticket Purchaser's election under paragraph 24; or
c) If the Ticket Purchaser is otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law.
Clause 24 — Postponed / Rescheduled Events
If the Event is postponed before it starts and rescheduled to another date, the Ticket Holder may elect to either:
a) Use the existing Ticket for the rescheduled Event if it takes place at the same Venue; or
b) If the Event is rescheduled to a different venue, and there are insufficient Tickets available, or the Ticket Holder is unable to attend the rescheduled Event, the Ticket Purchaser shall be entitled to apply for a refund within 7 days of the notification of the rescheduling pursuant to paragraph 20.
Clause 25 — Additional Fees
We shall not be required to refund any fees or charges paid in addition to the Face Value of the Ticket (for example, Handling Fees, postage, or courier charges) except where required by applicable law. No interest or additional costs will be payable on any refunded amounts.
Clause 26 — Refund Process
Where paragraph 23 applies, only the original Ticket Purchaser may apply for a refund. If we initiate a refund process under paragraphs 23.a), 23.b), or 23.c):
• The Ticket Purchaser will be notified of the process and any deadlines for refund applications within 10 working days of the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event.
• The Ticket Purchaser must follow the prescribed process, submit a valid refund request by the stated deadline, and produce the original Ticket to be eligible for a refund.
• We shall not be required to issue a refund for any Ticket that we reasonably believe has been sold, transferred or disposed of in breach of paragraphs 12 or 14.
Clause 27 — Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, deals, or discounted offers are provided at our discretion. All such offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional or discounted Tickets are non-refundable unless required by law. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after a booking has been made.
