Ticketing and Entry
All tickets will be checked and scanned upon entry. Printing your ticket will speed up entry but is not required.
Strictly only over 18s are allowed to enter the venue. Photographic id – passport or driving license shall be required. Challenge 25 will be in operation so if you look under 25 you will be asked to provide photographic id.
Management reserve the right to refuse entry.
Please only bring small bags, nothing larger than an A4 sized bag. All bags will be searched upon entry.
Last entry to the venue is 5pm.
Please make sure to arrive before this time to ensure entry.
Please note that you will be searched upon entry which will include sniffer dogs. We operate a zero tolerance towards illegal drugs and legal highs. Please note you cannot bring any food or drinks into the venue. Cosmetic products and vape liquids are allowed at the discretion of the security staff but only in small containers.

/ Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) canisters and dispersers / Medication (unless accompanied by doctors OR hospital letter or pre-discussed with Terminal V) / Food / alcohol and soft drinks / glass and cans / Folding chairs / stools and tables / Shooting / selfie sticks / Animals (except assistant dogs) / Cameras / film / videos or any other recording equipment / Laser pens / Any sporting equipment / Candles / lanterns
Any other articles that may be a danger to the public or cause nuisance
Terminal V, Royal Highland Centre, and Police Scotland promote a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to drug misuse. All attendees are subject to search and police drugs dogs will be situated at entry.
If found in possession of drugs or paraphernalia, you will not be granted access to the venue and will be dealt with by police.
VIP Ticket Holders & Guest List
VIP ticket holders should head to the box office upon arrival, which is located right outside the main entrance.
Photographic ID is still required for all ticket holders. VIP and guest list ticket holders get separate fast track entry.
Please follow event signage or ask a member of staff if you are lost. Once inside you will have access to the bars and toilets in the VIP area.
There is no dress code, so dress as you want. However, we do suggest that you wear appropriate footwear as the festival site is set on grass. Also, although the stages are heated, it does get cold at night so please bring warm clothing.
