Terminal V Halloween returns for 2025, running over 1 NIGHTS, MIDDAY - MIDNIGHT - Saturday 1st November.
10,000 techno lovers will descend upon the Scottish capital on the spookiest night of the year for our annual, strictly indoors, Halloween edition.
Our re-designed Halloween 2025 concept, will see 1 huge main stage run alongside a brand new stage concept within a Halloween themed indoor festival site.
In true Terminal V style, expect a stacked international lineup over 12 hours with fresh new stage designs and a backdrop of world class production and impeccable sound.
TERMINAL V HALLOWEEN is held at The Royal Highland Centre, located near Edinburgh Airport.

The event is primarily indoors for all stages and bars with an outdoor space for Food traders and Halloween activities inc a funfair.

Please check your ticket type for your last entry time. This year we have tickets with a final entry of 1pm, 2pm and 4pm
Final entry for the festival is 4pm
The event is strictly over 18s.
Photographic ID will be required for entry.
The only forms of ID that are accepted to ensure festival entry are;
-Valid Provisional Driving Licence
-Valid Full Driving Licence
-Valid Passport.
You may need an additional form of ID (e.g. bank card) to prove your identify if your ID does not appear to be valid.
There is no dress code, although please not wear football colours.
Halloween dress is encouraged, not mandatory.
Please bring warm suitable clothing.
We have lockers should you need.
There are NO cash machines on site. The full event is cashless. You will need a debit/credit card.
Small bags only. No larger than an A4 size bag. All bags will be searched upon entry.
You can NOT bring your own alcohol onsite. We have several bars on site.
Yes there are lockers on site.
You can smoke/vape in outside areas. Vapes will be sold at the event via the merch stand outside.
Any lost or found property should be taken to or collected from our Info Point. Lost property not collected by the end of the event will be handed to Police Scotland one week following the event.

We experience large volumes of requests but our team WILL get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
There are toilets inside the venue and port-a-loos located outdoors at the venue.
Accessible toilets can be found inside the venue. Please ask staff if you need any assistance.
There is No re-entry. This is for event and customer safety reasons.
There will be excessive strobe lighting and special effect used throughout the event.

TRANSFER
If you can no longer attend and need to transfer your ticket to a friend, please contact the ticket out you purchased from, they may be able to assist in changing the name on the ticket. Please note if you can only request this if you are the person who purchased the ticket(s).
If you made a group booking, the purchaser is the lead ticket holder and may be the only name that shows on the tickets.
SELLING
We always advise against selling to, or buying tickets from people you do not know due to the high amount of ticket fraud that we see. If you are selling you ticket(s), please only do so to a friend and follow the transfer process above.
Make sure to check your email inbox and spam/junk folders, your chosen outlet would have emailed you confirmation.

HEALTH & SAFTEY FAQS
We want you to have a brilliant time at Terminal V Halloween and can’t wait to see you but we want you to be safe - and be aware of our zero tolerance drugs policy.
Please look after yourself and your friends and if at any point you or anyone in your party feels unwell, please attend our medical area, security stewards or event staff who can assist you.
Our zero tolerance approach to drugs is supported by detection dogs and CCTV. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be passed over to our partners at Police Scotland.
Amnesty Bins offer a chance to discreetly surrender any drugs you may have before entering our event - and will be available outside our entrance and search lanes.
In the meantime, if you require further information please follow @crew_2000 on Instagram - the organisation will also be on-site at Terminal V Halloween, so please visit them at our wellbeing hub - if you need to do so.
All customers entering the event will be subject to a robust search process delivered in partnership with Police Scotland. These measures protect you - our customers, prevent the chance of organised crime, and help make Terminal V Halloween a safe place to attend.
Terminal V has a great reputation for customer behaviour and safety, we want to keep it this way. Our aim is to give every one of you a fun and amazing experience to remember, but we want you to do this safely.
Look after the wider Terminal V Community too - we’re all here to have a great experience. If you see someone who looks worse for wear or needs help, do what’s right and check on them, stay calm and alert one of our security or event staff if it’s needed.

It’s not a race, make sure you drink responsibly and hydrate too!
Free drinking water is available at all bars on site, as well as a number of water points on site.
We have First Aid teams throughout the site on hand to help, as well as a dedicated medical centre. The teams are here to help, so if you or a friend are feeling unwell, please visit the medical team. We encourage you to be honest with the Medics and Welfare Team so that they know how best to help you. We also have an area available, run by Crew 2000, for those who need some time out or to relax.
Yes, you can bring essential medicine. You may be asked by security to prove this is your medicine, tablets should be sealed where possible.

Designated accessible parking spaces are available to customers within the North Car Park. Flat and hard-standing routes link the car park to the Lowland Hall and Central Hall. The route and entrance to the Halls are fully accessible & wheelchair friendly.

There are accessible toilet facilities available. A newly installed adult changing place is available to customers who request this facility in the adjacent Highland Hall.
