Alongside their Scotland and Northern England service, Happy Bus will be running a RETURN shuttle service on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th April, departing Terminal V at 23:30.

We encourage customers not to drive to the event — there are excellent transport links to Edinburgh city centre. There are very limited parking facilities in the Royal Highland Centre North Car Park. Cars cannot be left overnight.

Police Scotland will be in and around the event to assist with event and customer safety.

Health & Safety

Drugs policy

We want you to have a brilliant time at Terminal V Festival and can't wait to see you, but we want you to be safe — and be aware of our zero tolerance drugs policy.

Please look after yourself and your friends. If at any point you or anyone in your party feels unwell, please attend our medical area, security stewards or event staff who can assist you.

Our zero tolerance approach to drugs is supported by detection dogs and CCTV. Anyone found in possession of drugs will be passed over to Police Scotland.

Amnesty Bins offer a chance to discreetly surrender any drugs you may have before entering our event — they will be available outside our entrance and search lanes.

Please visit our welfare partners TLC at our wellbeing hub if you need to do so.

Search on entry

All customers entering the event will be subject to a robust search process delivered in partnership with Police Scotland.

These measures protect you — our customers, prevent the chance of organised crime, and help make Terminal V Festival a safe place to attend.

Take Care

Terminal V has a great reputation for customer behaviour and safety, we want to keep it this way. Our aim is to give every one of you a fun and amazing experience to remember, but we want you to do this safely.

Look after the wider Terminal V Community too — we're all here to have a great experience. If you see someone who looks worse for wear or needs help, do what's right and check on them, stay calm and alert one of our security or event staff if needed.

Alcohol & water

It's not a race — make sure you drink responsibly and hydrate too. Free drinking water is available at all bars on site, as well as a number of water points across the venue.

First Aid, Medical & Welfare

We have First Aid teams throughout the site on hand to help, as well as a dedicated medical centre.

The teams are here to help, so if you or a friend are feeling unwell, please visit the medical team. We encourage you to be honest with the Medics and Welfare Team so that they know how best to help you.

Can I bring medication to the event?

Yes, you can bring essential medicine. You may be asked by security to prove this is your medicine — tablets should be sealed where possible.

Medical cannabis

Medical cannabis is legal in the UK, but only when prescribed by a registered specialist clinician.

You will need to bring your prescription on entry in the original pharmacy-issued container, with the dispensing label clearly showing your name and prescription details.

Please email contact@terminalv.co.uk before the event to help the entry process.

High-visibility clothing

You may be refused entry if wearing company-branded Hi-Vis clothing or Hi-Vis-style uniforms. This helps prevent confusion, protects staff identification, and supports overall site security.
