GETTING TO TERMINAL V

Terminal V is being held at The Royal Highland Centre, located on the West side of Edinburgh, situated next to Edinburgh Airport making it easily accessible from locations all over Scotland.

SHUTTLE BUSES - LOTHIAN

Our bus partner Lothian Buses will be running their city centre shuttle service 98 to and from the festival across the weekend, making travel to and from Terminal V Festival easy!
The service 98 departs from George Street (Assembly Rooms) and stops at Shandwick Place (stop SD), Haymarket Station (stop HH) and all stops along the A8 to Maybury.

There is no parking available for cars, apart from TAXIS, so please do not consider driving to this event

DROP OFFS

Please follow the signs for the North Car Park. This is also the drop off and taxi pickup point.

LEAVING TERMINAL V

Please plan ahead and organise travel plans in advance for leaving arrangements before you arrive at Terminal V.

TRAM

The Tram stop nearest the Festival is Ingliston Park & Ride. There is a free shuttle service that can take you from the Tram station, straight to our entrance (5-minute journey) and this runs continuously throughout the event.
Tram services have been extended, meaning there will be Tram services returning to the City Centre until around 00:30.
You can pre-purchase tram tickets before the festival Tickets can be purchased from edinburghticket.com.

Under-22-year-olds with a Scottish National Entitlement Card or a Young Scot National Entitlement Card and who are Edinburgh residents are be able to travel on the tram for free.

BY PUBLIC BUS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS

The Stagecoach Jet747 bus service from Fife will drop visitors off outside on Glasgow Road close to The Royal Highland Centre. Citylink also operate services with drop-offs on the A8 close to The Royal Highland Centre. For more information, click here.

BY RAIL

The Edinburgh Gateway Station is a 40mins walk from the site for access to trains all over Scotland. Haymarket is the next nearest train station with excellent train links across the UK. For more information contact National Rail on 08457 48 49 50 or click here.

BY AIR

The Royal Highland Centre is situated adjacent to Edinburgh Airport. Over 180 flights connect Edinburgh to the rest of the UK and Europe each day and the Royal Highland Centre is just a ten-minute walk from the airport.
